Full automatic laminator
USE : As the equipment of manufacturing solar module limited to laminate glass, EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Sheet), solar cell and back sheet
Laminating area: 2200mm x 2200mm. With aumatic loading and unloading Total power consumption: 40 KW ( AC380V, 60 Hz , or according to customer's need ) Air source: 0.6 - 1.0 MPa. Operating mode: Manual / Automatic. Control system : PLC . HIM system: Touch screen. Heating mode: Oil Heating ( SD320 heat-conducting oil, capacity: 150 L, flow pressure:0.3 Mpa.), inculde: main heating and adjustable heating. Temperature control: PID intelligent temperature contol system. Temperature uniformity in working area: ≤ ±1.5 ℃ Temperature control accuracy:≤± 1 ℃. Temperature control range: 30℃ - 180 ℃ Pumping rate: 70 L/s . Laminating time: 2 - 4 mins ( excluding sollidification time ) Heating rate: 135℃ at room temperature with 50 to 60 minutes Vacuum rate: 200 L / S, the limit vacuum 70 ~ 90 Pa, vacuum Time: 90 seconds Silicone sheet size: 2400mm * 2400mm, 5 mm thickness. Livetime:3500 laminating times. Lid opening: by hydraumatic. Total weight:5500kg Production capacity:Conventional 300 Wp (1650*1030) module, 2 pcs at the same time .Production Capacity: 300 WP * 2pieces/ time*3 time/h*8hours*300days= 4.32 MWP / year. Warranty period: 1 year. (Exclusive easily damaged parts)

The basic production programe in production line.
1. Preparation: Preparation for all of raw material, such as solar cell, framer, glass and EVA film.
2. Soldering cells: Sort cell by solar cell tester, then single soldering and string soldering.
3. Cutting material: EVA film. Back sheet.
4. Laying up: Laying up the solar cell stringer on the glass and EVA film..
5. Laminating: laminate laying up raw material and keep solidify.
6. Fix junction box: trimming the edge of the extra EVA, fix the junction box on solar panel.
7. Inspection: Test laminated solar panel.
8. Quality tests: in the process of making other tests, IV curves of the test, and the appearance of high-
voltage isolation.
9. Warehousing: Qualified storage products, goods failed to repair.
